Were you out in NoVA today?
Was anybody out on a red 'hawk by 15 and 55 just off 66 East of Mannassas VA today? Saw one as I went by with a motley group on our way out to Thornton's Gap, thought I'd ask.

I think I saw the same red hawk last weekend. It was on Carters Run rd off of 17.
