Here's my favorite ride in my neck of the woods....if you zoom out and look at the surrounding roads the twisties are endless...I love the blue ridge mtns!!

Hey, I'm flexible with my weekend if Sunday is a better day. Just checked the weather and Sunday does look better but the Ravens game is priority #1. Maybe a morning ride. So far, nobody has responded with a "yes", so if Sunday morning is better, I'm game. Anyone else? Tim

On another note Ill be at the DC motorcycle show saturday....wanna check out how bad they screwed up the new Speed Triple headlights this year in person! Have my ACE cafe jacket on.....if anybody from the forum spots me holler and I'll buy you a beer....cheers mates!

On a related note, I will be at the D.C. show on Saturday. If you see a fat, bald guy wearing a Superhawk shirt, trying to look cool, say hi. Next week, on Sunday, I'll either be in New York or Reading for a show. Same shirt. P.S. The route looks really good! I'll try my best to be there.

Def not riding this weekend but any other time without snow & I'm game. I'm glad everyone likes the route. I'll bring this back to life when it gets a little closer. I tried to get some of the kawi guys from an old forum together too. There will be a huge variety of bikes. I figured if I get the word out early, everyone will be able to keep the date open. MAY 28th. Put it on your calendar. We'll be stopping in Newark to eat and check out the local college booty. Anyone have some suggestions for what time to meet? 12 noon? Thanks for the interest, Tim

Hell yeah it's on!
I can't wait till warm weather. Rode this morning about 30 degrees up to York,PA. Hopefully we have a good turnout for this one. I only have a handfull of friends that still ride. Should be one of the best rides I've planned. 2 more months. Seems like forever. I'm glad to see this has generated some interest. I'll keep this thread alive to keep it at the top so everyone sees it. Hope to have a flock of hawks together for this one. See ya then or before if you want to ride any other time. Tim

Sorry man. Not much luxuries here. Just nice roads & little traffic. Although, it would be nice if a strip club was included in the route, but Univ. of Delaware will be pretty close with all of the hot girls running around. Might have to stop there. Tim

roll call for may 28th
Just wanted to bring this back to the top for those who haven't seen yet. Anyone know for sure they're going? I'll be at the meeting spot (Whiteford,MD PNC Bank) at 11:30am. Leaving at 12 noon. Just trying to get a head count to make sure we have everyone before we ride out @ 12. If anyone is not familiar with the area, it's very easy to get to from the two major interstates that are close (83 & 95). For you guys that put your hawk in hibernation, this will be a good ride to start the season & wake up the sleeping bird. See ya, Tim

Well, so far not 100% but I'm pretty sure we have a trike, a couple harleys, maybe my buddy with his tricked Suzuki M109, some kawis from my old forum, a friend from work might bring his old 1300 6 cyl. kawi. A lot of guys from the forums are bringing non-forum friends but not sure what they ride. It should be a wide variety of bikes. Don't worry, my cruiser friends can ride and are not you stereotypical harley douches. Tim

I am interested in joining you guys for a ride at some point this season, but not May 28. Hope you get good weather, the monsoon weather this spring is the worst I can recall.
