VTR Racing
Anyone out there racing a VTR? I am building a VTR racebike, and trying to get as much imformation as possible to make it an RC51 Eater (haha). I have the CBR900 front end, as well as better front brakes, but if there's anything else you think is important, please pass it on. Thanks.
Yeah, lots of stuff needs to be done. How much money do you have to spend? Thats the bigger ?. If your on a limited budget, do the suspension front and back first, exhaust and motor work next.
Remember, money buys speed.

If your serious, talk to these guys. They'll be more then happy to help you out and drain your bank account at the same time.

Re: VTR Racing
I know money can buy speed, but it can't buy rider skill! If I can make the VTR handle and stop well enough, I can work around the limited horsepower. The VTR power delivery is much nicer than the RC51, as I've ridden both. I find the RC to be all top end, with very little low end power, which is crucial for good drive out of corners. Oh yeah!
