I am almost certain it is an RC motor though.

Ah, I thought I heard a fuel pump when they turned the Ign. on. Must have an aux fuel pump on there then?

Probably, since a flat configuration inhibit's gravity feed for the carb bodies from the tank... But it's most definetly a VTR engine, not an RC... Biggest clue would be the CCT's on the cylinder sides... The RC has geardriven cams, so no CCT's... And the block looks a lot different...

I added a note on the website, I see carbs, I have not viewed the Veradero Engine EFI set up, could this be a Veradero engine seeing how it's being run without the airbox?

It could actually, the Vara has the same engine casings, so no way of telling the difference from the outside at that distance...
