Get home after work tonight and pull into the garage. Shut the bike off and the tank sounds like it is burping/gurgling every few seconds. Lasted about 15 minutes and opening the lid didn't make it stop. Nothing leaking anywhere. Bike started and ran fine when I went back out an hour later. Anyone ever hear this sound?

 

Mine has done that after a trip to a Mexican gas station. You should have heard the exhaust!

 

Now, that was funny.

 

Not sure about " Burping ", usually on hot days, 85-90 degree days, mine will gurgle, might have to do with the fuel, temp, etc. This has happened only a handful of times to me in the four+ years I've owned her.

 

I think you're fine cuz mine did that too and never had an issue...RC
