Running a single rad on the side??
Well one of my radiators is pretty dicked up, from the previous owner putting it down.. I took it off to see what I could do with it and doubt I could even get it back on the bike it's so bad.
My question is Ive seen a few that run the front mount single rad's, but how would I go about running a single on the side?
How would I go about closing off the remaining side without a rad? And also, I will be riding the bike in the FL heat, so should I expect any issues with over-heating? thanks in advance.

i wouldn't do it, these bike run pretty hot as it is and if you're riding in Florida your going to need all the help you can get, the radiators on the side don't get as much airflow thats why theres 2 from the factory. i would try to get your hands on another or switch to a front mount but as for one on the side i think its a bad idea

well, the radiator is still very usable.. ran cool all last summer, the temp guage barely moved other than stop n go traffic. it just looks bad.
something I read on another forum said it is possible to straighten out a radiator, with a flat object (anvil, etc) and a hammer. has anyone done this?

use this search on ebay, a couple showed up cheap:
