Wow, I just noticed, is that a hole worn through on your leathers in the knee area? Are those Joe Rockets?

Yeah it's a hole but it's only on the top layer,(the red has black under it), they were made by Interstate the same company that makes Hein Gericke. The only real hole was in the perforated part of the sleeve.

Thanks, I certainly hope so. :o

That "grassy section" of the track can be a real humdinger. Hope you're feeling better. Looks like you may be looking for some parts.
|
Hey Mike, are there any parts you need for the bike? If you need to "borrow" anything to make your ride better/safer let me know maybe I can help out.
|
Thanks guys but the bike actually came out of it a lot better than I did. Ankles are almost healed up but still a little stiff, the right one is a little worse than the left. As far as the bike goes the only things that really broke were the left foot peg and shift spigot,(the part your toe goes on to shift, Harris only parts). I ordered them but they won't get here until Monday afternoon, thus the rigged foot peg.:-D Other than that the bike handled the crash really well, oh and a broken clutch lever.

On second thought Beau, if you have an extra clutch lever I might want to borrow that, depends if I can get somewhere to get a new one or not. Oh and no guarantee it comes back in one piece though.
