Perplexing Problem - Stalling and Running on 1 Cylinder

Hey guys,

I recently changed the exhaust on my hawk and did a cleaning of the air box after my latest CCT install. Ever since then, I have a major issue with it. The hawk starts fine but once it is warmed up at a little below the first mark on the heat gauge, the engine would stumble and eventually dies. After shutdown, I start again, it is fine then dies again. After several tries as it gets warmer, it would not rev at all. I believe everything is correct and I do not think it is the exhaust since it only happens when warm. I cannot seem to figure this out.
I have taken the damn thing apart several times over the weekend and I am about to give up and kick it over.....Please help me out..

You either didn't hook up the vacuum hose to the petcock or accidentally hooked it to the vent instead. The right nipple is hidden behind the petcock.
