Well my 2005 salvage bike has arrived and there are a few surprises.. the lower faring panels on both sides need to be replaced.. ( not a big surprise ) there is a small dent in the tank but I can live with it until I find a 2005 on ebay down the road.. I need a couple of front signal lights.. so if anyone has any of these items for sale let me know..

The battery arrived nearly dead so I will have to get it charged before I can see if the rest of the bike is okay.. it needs new tires so I already ordered from cycle gear today.. (thanks for the info on the forum for that ) Other then that the bike looks awsome.. I am thinking I can get it on the road for about 200 and get it to mint for about a grand.. nothing like a fun winter project.

 

I don't think I have anymore functioning OEM turn signal lights, but FWIW, just about any CBR F2 or F3, or CBR 900RR, has the same turn signals (and mounting bolt) as our VTRs do.
