Need advice; Good Deal?

I am going to look at a 2003 Superhawk tomorrow. Has a little over 3700 miles on the clock, described as "near showroom condition" asking price is $3600. Does this sound like a reasonable deal?

Seeing as the 98s go for $2500ish, 99s listed around $2800-$3100, I think for 4 newer years that sounds like a great deal!

And, it wont depreciate too much more over time so id say go for it!

I think that is a fair price, but it never hurts to ask... "what's your bottom dollar". I always try to get a better price and have been pleasently surprised quite a few times.

Thank You to all who responded. I saw it today it's clean and solid. But I need a second look when the engine's cold. The owner drove it to the first meeting and I NEVER buy any internal combustion engine without first seeing how it starts when cold. Still, likely to buy this tomorrow. Thanks again.

Poor cold starts could be something as simple as the TPS being off. How did it run when warm? That would be a MUCH more accurate indicator of the condition of the bike.
