For $400 you better get a ******* too.

Seriously, are you having problems with your existing mirrors? If you're going to upgrade anyway, do what makes you happy, but if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Yes... it is a well known fact that $400 is too much for mirrors.

what makes them $400 worth of vibration free? Does it have some new nano technology that senses vibration and then reverses it equally for a calm and still view . I think they price them so high so people will think they are better, but in the end they won't work or look any better than stock.

Everyone's already commented on the $400 so I'll hold my tongue (+1 Reason!)
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder but I will mention if you search on EBAY for GSXR mirrors you will find aftermarket carbon look - http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/05-08...spagenameZWDVW
is one example. A search here in the forum will show that someone else here tried GSXR mirrors and liked them - plus they give you integrated turnsignals, if you like that kind of thing.

Must be nice to be rich!

...my fz-1 mirrors cost me about 35 bucks for the pair from Dennis Kirk. They're not as pretty as those but if the bike gets knocked over in a parking lot I won't have a fit.

OHHH NO I AM NOT RICH....This was an issue of working 32 hours and sleeping 3.....I was looking at stuff to keep me awake and well after i woke up today i saw what i was thinking about and preceded to run head first into a brick wall, without a helmet...WTF was i thinking...

Well i did not buy them, and i am happy that i didnt. And yeah i am a big guy in the shoulders and i have the fz1's on my bike now but i dont like them that much...And i like to see what color the lights are behind me when they give chase......SO rest assured i am not rich, just tired and stupid...

And whats funny if i was on a forum for cell phones i would of saved me the crap of buying a iphone at 4 in the morning after working 19hrs straight. 2 year contract and a higher bill yeah me.........

You should try sleeping instead of surfing after work... It's certainly going to be cheaper...

those are cool looking...but I picked up a set of CF mirrors from a forum member (lockhart phillips ones) for under 50 bucks recently so 400 seems retarded......i wouldnt pay that.

that partly carbon windscreen is cool though, but it probably cost a pretty penny too.

If your gunna drop 300-400 bucks on mirrors.. they better be going on a more expensive bike than a superhawk..

I don't think it's bad

I mean obviously that includes the fairing? So that sounds reasonable..

ok guys i was actually still working while surfing the net and no i did not nor will i ever buy a set of $400 mirrors. i was admiring the mirrors and wondered how they would look on the bike and i liked the idea that they had interchangeable arms.
