Little help with fairing bracket

When I assembled my bike, I never had any fairing brackets. I was able to get the brackets I needed from an awesome forum member (thanks again Shane!). However, I'm having an issue with one bracket.

In the picture below, this bracket helps hold the bottom of the right radiator from flopping back and forth (although, I've ridding many miles without this bracket with not an issue). The part circled slides into the rubber isolator on the bottor of the radiator. The arrow on the left needs a fastener to attach to the fairing. Now, the issue, does the right side of this bracket go to this mounting point? Or, am I missing a part that goes in between?

I just figured I would ask before I started bending metal. Thanks guys.

It mounts directly. Nothing in between.
