The sbk (think superbike) are their open pipes. The "e" as you refer to are their evo line that are euro legal and come with a dB reducer installed. You can remove it for the full sound.
Me? I personally prefer the db killer on mine as it gives a performance sound quality without the sound quantity. I don't like advertising my speed if you know what I mean. My avatar shows stock rc51's but you can't tell they have a very light bafflectomy.

I immediately removed the stickers after shooting the video. They are metal and should last a long time but I found them too large and the wrong color.
