Hi - greetings from newish member

Actually, I've been here for more than a year, but I haven't properly introduced myself. I've ridden/owned bikes since I was 16, more than 30 years ago. I got the VTR two years ago (graduated from a Yamaha XZ550 - that's the Vision in the US) - one po (older than me, his new toy is a 64 Mustang convertible), approx 35k km. I'm in Oslo, Norway; right now it's 15 degrees below zero celcius, very much off-season.

The bike has a few mods, most of which are listed below. USD fork would be nice, as would ... well, we'll see what my wallet and wife allow ;)

Pic shows your truly at Rudskogen racetrack. I'm definitely not a racer, but every spring, the bike group at work organize a meet to limber up for the riding season.

So far, I've really enjoyed being here - the amount of knowledge you guys have is incredible. Thanks for the inspiration and shared pleasure!

Thanks for the introduction and welcome.
I guess the forum for FN's doesn't keep you too busy.

Welcome, I think this is a nearly perfect introduction post by the way...

No newb questions, good spelling and grammar, and even a pic!

Ha ha, Ogri! My dad use to race a Puch. The only FN I have experience with is the 7.62 version. Welcome.

FN, like BSA (and others, I'm sure?) made both arms and motorcycles (and cars, for that matter). FN has a rifle in its logo (BSA has three). Thanks for the welcome :D
