help with removeing handle bar

help with removeing handle bar

HI. fellow SH Im currently repainting my bike and i wanted to paint my handle bar cause there have rust on then. how hard is it to take out the handle bars with out messing up any thing. also please can you point out thing i need to look out for ...... thank you

Fish is on a distinguished road
There are spring clips at the top of the fork tubes. These need to be removed. Throttle cables to be disconnected. Clutch and brake levers unbolted. Switches un screwed, phillips head from the bottom, 2 each. Un bolt handlebar(hex allen), Remove and repaint.

Hope I didn't forget anything.
