Hey all. Had a Hawk sighting in Southern WI. Description as follows:

head light modulator
running light turn signals in the rear
brake light linked license plate ring
two brothers oval cans
Rider was wearing a red and white helmet, reflective safety vest, and black non motorcycle jacket. Anyone here?
