i just scored a set of 2001 gsxr 6 pot calipers and m/c off ebay for $115 shiped... really the calipers were only 40 bucks but the guy screwed me with the shiping charges..but i think i still got a great deal as long as they work... i cant wait to slap them on and start working on stopies, haha..

I saw that set, and noticed the shipping before bidding.

Hope they work good for you!

On your door, no matter how it comes out, at $115 you did really good. Some of the last ones out here have been a little ? on quality. I paid $155 for a nearly perfect set - just a year ago. Make sure all the little pistons are sliding - drain all fluid and put new in right away. Let them sit a couple days - recheck the pistons - everything should move nice and smooth.

This is the first upgrade I did to my bike. Stoppies at 120 are not recommended but can be done and controlled even if you really didn't intend to do it that hard. This setup saved my life in Feb 07 when I had a hard stop on the driver's door of an Izuzu Trooper.
