got all my troubles worked out minus shimming the needle but I said screw it for now. put everything back together and now I have a hose that I'll show below that I have no clue where it goes to... Bike runs fine....

Airbox hose?

 

that's what im assuming... where in the airbox i don't know... there's a bazillion hoses connected to it

but... part of me goes ??? cause i can't think of a single thing that this could fit to....

 

Sorry, I can't remember from the last time I took my airbox off.

What's the diameter of the hose?

Hopefully someone with more knowledge (and a better memory!) can chime in.

 

it's a grommet to the tank hinge in the rear. found it while i was taking stuff off. the left one was missing. w00t. bike is back in action and ready to roll
