I'm going to order a undertail, the ones listed on ebay come in either "Flash" or "Shining" yellow.

Which closely matches my bike?

My 2001 VTR Canadian model is "Pearl Flash Yellow". The paint code is Y163. It's a lighter yellow than older models. The paint code should be on a sticker on the subframe of your VTR. The Color Rite website may be of some help.
