With the rear sssa 5 spoke, and an upcoming GSXR front swap coming, is the SP2 the only 5 spoke front rim? I've been searching google image for VFR and CBR, seems those have 6?

 

My take on the front wheel:

It's mostly hidden by the disks on both sides. Second only to some upgraded calipers. At best the wheel and the spokes are backdrop. I would love to have a set of waves but the coin isn't there. The pro-lites have been excellent they just don't have the look.

Cheap-*** Ideal Look: in my book. Stock front rim with polished lips. Powdercoated "wet look" black on the centers and the spokes. Prolites in place. Done.

900RR rear is on the shelf. I think a brushed alumimum finish would best match the swing arm.

 

Well, I found some 5 spokes locally. They were parted from a theft recovery. Off a 2001 gsxr, magnesium Marchesini's. Stock pic here. They have Galfer waves front and rear.

for how much? and does it bolt right in?

 

Was from a suzuki application, so it would need the correct spacers etc. $500 +shipping.I'll put it in the classifieds.
