Farewell VTR

Fellow riders,

After 4 good years with my VTR I needed some new spark to my motorcycling, local dealer happened to have a used KTM that I wanted and that was it. VTR is a very good bike and it has a great community here, I wish you all the best. This is what the new toy looks like:

Oh man. NICE work! I would do the same in a second if I could afford it.

Those things are terrible handling bikes. The rear end likes to kick out in turns if you twist the throttle too hard and if you squeeze the front brake to hard the rear end comes up to easily. So ill gladly take it off your hands if you decide you dont like it.

Yes I realized this after I bought the bike. In addition to those you mentioned it has nasty tendency of not keeping the front wheel down. And it must be the wind of the naked bike that forces my face into this silly grin. I will give it a bit more time to get used to, we'll see

Cool looking bike. Not sure I'd give up the hawk for one, but if I was going to that's a pretty darn good choice.

don't like the looks of most KTMs. too choppy or don't flow or something, but this one looks great. I dig the supermotos. Wow, an awesome machine for all kind of roads and riding. Have fun with your new girlfriend. That thing flat rocks.
