Clock?

Has anyone mounted any type of clock on their bike? If so where did you get the clock and where is it mounted. I have been trying to find something that looks good and is easy to see. Please post some pics if you have any. Thanks!!

Tore off the band from a $5 watch. Actually, it was free from a friend. Slap some hook and loop fastener (Velcro) on the tree and the back of the clock. Voila!

They also sell small little timers in KMart or WalMart or some grocery stores that will work just as well.

Another suggestion: get a sigma bicycle computer. In addition to getting your true road speed, you'll gain a clock, an additional tripmeter, an additional odometer, highest speed during the run, avg time, etc. Around $15-20 on the interweb. It's not lit nor glow in the dark tho'.

Re: Clock?

I have also seen some that go on the triple tree nut and handlebar ones on ebay but the watch idea also worked well for me on my '92 Nighthawk 750.

The Sigma idea is good. The Sigma also has an accessory light, if you need it.

I've installed Sigma bike computer and it worked great. Very useful for long trips.
