About 8 threads down from the thread that you just started, depending on what activity occurs.........

I rode my hawk for a while even after reading all of the horror stories here. I never did feel comfortable doing it. You can save a little bit of money if they're back ordered or you can get'em right away. The downside to waiting can cost you way more than you save.

Hi, new to site, a member of VTR1000.ORG suggested I join as I make manual ccts for VTR members. At the moment I have 10 sets to offer to members of Superhawk if anyone is interested. 20 sets sold so far and all satisfied customers. The are made from alloy with stainless nuts and bolts which are drilled and have a roll pin fitted. We do not use gaskets, instead use gasket cement between mating surfaces and locknut.
