Not that he needs defending but that's Kyle Woods in the pic with the bike over his head and there aren't many people around who can ride a bike like he can. He currently does a full stunt show on a Triumph Rocket III, no bullshit. As far as the picture goes if anyone would like to know he was announcing a stunt show and got on someone else's bike and pegged the engine and the clutch cable broke, which is why the bike flipped over on top of him. He did get hurt pretty bad but I used to work out with him almost every day and you'd never know it.
