There used to be a direct link from the main welcome page to this information. Now it's a CF.

It's the top link in the "quick links" menu right there between search and log out. You can also save this link in your bookmarks if you want...

Not true MM. When I am on the start page and hit Quick Links it pops me to another start page. If I am in a thread and hit Quick Links your statement is correct. Tech guys just need to point the Quick Links menu that is available from other pages.

Mike's statement is correct. If you go to New Posts then hit the Quick Links it is the top item in the menu.

This is my point. When at the start page you used to be able to hit Quick Links and get this menu. Now you can't. It's been this way for quite some time - I think since the last changeover of servers.
