Must have been Christmas today or something

I get a call today while at work from my wife... She say's UPS just dropped off two boxes for you... Then as she is telling me what the labels say, she say's the mail lady came to the door with three more boxes... lol

So...

Today I got...

Micron High Mounts
Frame Sliders
Smoked LED tail light/blinkers
15T and 43T sprockets from Dennis Kirk
Textile riding pants

all in addition to all the toy's i just got to make the bike street ready again...

and the pipes... AWESOME... sound great and look even better..

Its dark already by the time i got done with the tail light, front sprocket, and exhaust...

I am dropping the bike off for 1st service next week, so i think i'll just pay them to replace the rear for me... I just don't wanna hassle with it... The front is no work at all, so i had to go ahead and swap that and tighten chain...

BTW... don't you guy's miss having center stands on everything? I sure do... I guess i gotta get some stands...

If only i could have captured the excited look when i got both of them mounted, and fired it up for the first time, while still sitting in the garage... So take the normal sound times ten for the eco... lol

Yes, i am VERY pleased with them...

especially with the smoked lens tail light with blinkers now too... The black can's, and light look great together.. the hole black and blue thing is starting to look nice... I gotta order a smoked double bubble now...

Congrats on getting your bike (somewhat) back together. I'm real interested in seeing the black/blue deal you have going. Post up some pics when you get a chance.

email this ebay seller... This is the company I got mine from. They normally have 2-3 clear ones listed, and 1-2 smoke.. I think they just don't have one listed, but i'm sure they still sell them. Quality seems fine.

and yes, blinkers are intergrated.

Tomorrow, I PROMISE...

I just haven't taken any pics yet.. By the time I get around to thinking about it, its dark out. lol

I'm gonna ride to work tomorrow, so i'll take some pics there and post them when i get home.

BTW... I got some plastic epoxy and pieced together my left side fairing today, I'm gonna put some primer on it sometime this weekend, over just the broken up spots, then run it until I find a permanent replacement.... The bike does run a bit hot without plastics, and I need to get my front signals and mirrors back on... Bike goes in for service next week, and fairings will go back on the day I pick it up... I figured i would leave them off for service, i guess it will make there life easier...

Will be adding rear pegs soon. Actually I don't even have the right side bracket on yet... its kinda rigged into place while i'm getting one made up... But basically I'm gonna add some pegs to the exhaust brackets for now... Then I'm gonna toy around with some other idea's...

These pics are making me realize how dirty the bike is... i haven't really cleaned it since i downed it.. And when it slid off the road, it got dust/dirt all over... And it didn't help sitting in my garage for a couple week's without being cleaned...

I guess i better give it a wash...
