I was in Chania, Greece last week on the island of Crete and happened to come upon this restored 1951 NSU 500cc motorcycle. The owner said he had done the restoration himself and actually owned two of them as well as many other bikes. Looked like a nice clean job and the bike sounded great.

 

Beautiful job. I especially like the minipad he's put underneath it to deal with the minor oil leaks.
