There's a front cylinder head for $130 on Ebay. Not mine.

That is a door stop, not a cylinder head

Well, the doorstop is sold, but I'm wondering why one couldn't transfer the cam plate from their bad head to this one? For that matter, it looks like they would need to move their cams as well.

The cam journal caps and the head are line bored and honed together as a set, making them not interchangeable, that is why you cannot buy the cap as a service part, only the entire head.....that said anything is possible. If the off set of a non matching cam cap is "close" the cam cap can be surfaced and the cam journal line honed.

Why did it sell? most likely because the buyer did not know what i just said above.
