These are the boots I use. They have been stellar for year round commuting in Seattle. I have done a couple of week long trips, one of them in soaking rain the entire time. They stood up to that pretty well also. MotorcycleGear (formerly newenough.com) are great people to deal with, and the price is pretty great. I actually have the older version of that boot, and after seeing your post, I am thinking about picking up a newer set!
