Anyone have a stock triple tree just siting around they would love to sell me at a fantastic price?

 

I got a spare from my repairs. You need both top and bottom? I know I got one complete unit and maybe an additional lower. LMK

 

I really just need the top... I'm actually quite embarrassed as to why I need one as well....

Ummm, Blings' Superbike bar mod kit did not go exactally to plan as far as the drilling of the tree goes. I first put the mounting holes to close together so that the washers did no have enough clearence to lie flat under the tree. I then drilled two more mounting holes a bit more to the outside, but insted of making two seperate holes for a total of 4, the holes combined into 2 massive holes.... oh boy...

Lucly the washers I got are big enough to clear the outer edges of the holes. It looks quite awful, like a deranged mechanic had a whack at her. It really does not give me a safe, confident feeling while riding.

If you have one, I'll gladly figure out a price with you, and put the tree to good use.

 

I'll look through the boxes and check what I really do have back there. I'll let you know.

I have the upper in great condition. I bought it to do what you tried but never got around to it so it is unmolested. $20 shipped to your door. Send me a pm if you want it.

 

OK That's cool. I would rather sell mine as a set and keep the spare lower.
