I purchased mine from member 2 weeks ago for 300$, be brought in 02...still had original box, receipts, manuals stickers etc..all bolts/everything was there..week before member had one for sell for 280$...I would keep checking here, but other members were looking also I got a few pms, will be first come first serve

I have three, nice, used scotts dampers , and live within six hours of you, -And i wouldn't sale you one of them for $300.00 shipped..

ERNO, your welcome.. I mean -WHAT is the deal??.. The damper is not a "HAVE TO HAVE item " to ride your Superhawk.. And the Scotts Damper, you buy one, and you buy kits, to put the damper on multi bikes... 
Your being more than FAIR... asking for someone to participate in - you doing them a fair trade, dor deal...
Maybe when the forum joins/and all members join UNIcef (to support SQUIDS) then we will begin -just giving away parts

Hello,
I might be too late for this battle, but I am selling my steering dampner.
It is in good condition, although I just noticed a slight leak from one of the seals. There is a circlip so I am assuming it is easily repairable

I still need a damper... I appreciate the offer but ill pass on a leaky damper... and $300 for a used scotts damper is a very fair offer... aftermarket parts dont hold their value...
