WTB: shift linkage (see pic) i need this ASAP please help

Anyone have this exact shift linkage? Honda dealer can't get me one for over a month and I want to ride my bike now!!! Please help. Also take notice it has a female end and not a male end like the VTR's. I have cash and can send it ASAP!
