nice cluster but i need around 20k, that one had 40k ish.whats that red bulb in the middle?? ive never seen that before,

They can be reset to whatever milage is required using special equipment - There's a thread or three on the subject.

I thought they could be rolled up to match using a pulse emitter, but not rolled back in mileage?

I have one works perfect I believe it has 23000to and change on it make me an offer if interested... I went with an 01 cluster that's the only reason im not using that one...
