WTB: Shift Pedal (aka the thing you whack with your foot)

I'm still looking for what Honda calls a gearshift pedal.

OLD TEXT: Laid my bike down this afternoon and I need a replacement clip-on and shift lever ASAP. The bike is my commuter, so I'd like to have it up and running. Will pay for expedited shipping.
