Im looking for the piece that doubles as a front sprocket gaurd and what mounts between the engine and the clutch slave cylinder... if you have one your willing to part with please let me know.

ok just did a quick parts lookup and that is a different part number from my 98 SH... are there any functional differences that you know of or should it bolt right up?

 

It's different color but I was pretty sure they were the same part though.

 

yea that was my thought... cross referencing showed me the exact same picture for all years and the only different part numbers were the cover and the mounting bolts but the mounting bolts were the same size anyways...

The one you got is for the 2001+ just a different color, no difference in the actual part. Nothing a rattle can can't take care of.

 

I have one or two laying around if you still need one give you a good deal on it let me see what they are going for on ebay or make an offer do you need the clutch slave also.
