You can still buy them from new from honda if you can't find a good used one. Remember that they are different for 98 to 01 and 01 on

Partzilla gets $175, but I think the point is obviously not to have to spend that much. Sucks because I've seen some nice straight ones now & then for really cheap on ebay. I usually try to grab good deals like that even if I don't need them since they don't pop up every day.

 

yea... ill make one before I drop that kinda money. I appreciate the thought though.

out of 37 pages on ebay there is only one fairing stay and it looks pretty tweaked...

 

I feel your pain scottieman. I ended up buying one from Partzilla because I miss riding her and the hunt was futile! It has been an adventure even getting the new one. Check my want to buy thread. Ride on!

 

Yea ive checked out your thread a few times. I built a custom bracket for my headlight so Ive been riding naked but I finally have a decent job and can afford to buy a new set of those cheap chinese plastics. it would be a lot easier and less time consuming to buy a used fairing stay then to build my own but Im not spending that kinda dough lol
