Front rotors?

 

hello,
i do have front rotors,but i feel a slight pulse when i brake hard from about
60mph and above. not a hard shudder but just a pulsing sensation,that you can feel through the lever. appears that my disc lock is responsible for that.
quite common from what i hear. i imagine they could be straightened.
