I need a few pieces off the motor if you decide to part it. Spark plug wires, valve cover bolts, both side covers, hell if you're close enough I'll take the bad motor.

How about the carbs (carbs, choke cables and the little rubber thingys that attach them to the heads)? I'd be interested if the price is right. Let me know before we go any further with the other deal you and I are working on please.

Thanks.

dang that was fast and most the bike is gone.

im in garden city KS. USA. i can ship to other countrys but do to my job it takes me a long time to get stuff that goes outside the US sent out.

inside the lower 48 goes out UPS and takes me a day or 2 to box up and ship.

let me get a pic up tonight and you can start making offers.

also the rear taillight has LED bulbs and a custom integrator, clear lense and the inside piece is black with metal flake. its fairly visible in daytime and looks awesome at night. front mirros have white leds in them for turn signals, the mirror is small and more useless then the stock mirror, it looks cool though so what else matters.

one more note, i can ship the complete engine. i just got a car engine freighted to me for 200$, and i have acces to a dock and truck. it costs more to do residential and if your out in the middle of nowhere they might not want to do a residential delivery.

A VFR isn't anymore 2 up friendly that a VTR.
An RC51 doesn't even have a friendly seating position for 1 person.

That is a very appropriate comparison. Though, I might've said "canibals".. as one of our own has gone down..

did the front forks have any valve work done to them or are they just stock? If they have been worked over I'm interested in the complete front end.

i don't know about that. Power band wise, the VTR aces the VFR for two up.

Comfort for passenger I think the VFR wins. RC51 as a two up touring bike? Ha! Ha! Forget it!
