Just passing this along...

sportbiketrackgear.com Has these tires as a combo,

I just paid 220.95 for a set, free shipping and NO TAX in CA.

Don't know for how long.

Us at Jazz Motorsports (jazzmotorsports.com) are runing them for $200 on the local forum (tmcf.us).. We can ship them for an additional $20, tax free except for Ohio. We are probably going to run this for the rest of February.

Yes and use coupon code jw009 and get another $20 off. I oredered a set and paid $181 including shipping and no tax for the PP 2CT. What a deal! Don't need them now but I know I will in the near future.

I'm not to sure if the admin would want me posting prices and all that, but I can hook forum members up as best as possible on just about every thing out there (gear, parts, oem parts).

$181 a set is crazy! That is about what we can get them for with the special february pricing, factor in shipping and credit card fees, i find it hard to beleive that they are making any profeit for that price. They might be left over inventory that they're blowing out.

Just asked about the Avons because they were the worst tires I ever had on the SH.I think I had something other then the VP2.Had them on 2 years ago,that was my first and last set of Avons.Just my experience.

The JakeWilson deal is real good. As I posted elsewhere I took delivery on a 120-180 pair of PilotPowers for $157.97. Should probably grab a set of PilotRoads for $181.98 delivered while they're still in stock.

Best price I got up here in Canada was $563 tax included , for 1 set . I just bought 2 sets from JW for less than half that with shipping . Nice !!

most Toronto guys on GTAM use him, in fact so much business was going his way that it created a tire war in GTA where a lot of shops had to price their tires more competitively = BONUS for riders!

Just got in my set of PP2CT's, thanks for the heads up! Too bad they didn't have the correct rear tire size for the Pilot Road 2CT, I would of loved to pick up a set of those.

2ct's are the newer dual compound "Powers". about the same in the middle, softer on the sides. I found 2ct's actually seem to get a little slimey on the sides at the track when it is above 90 degrees out.

"Roads" are more sport touring, last lots more miles, but still great (maybe better) for most street riders.

I am usually worried about tire freshness when there is a "blow out" sale. Just recieved a set of 2ct's, and happy to say they are very fresh, made in 09, mid year and end of year respectively.
