FS Bar Risers

I have a set of custom made bar risers for sale. They are designed to clamp any stock clip-on bar but you would have to cut the bar. With them I will include a set of SH clip-ons that are already cut so you won't have to cut yours. They raise the bar 2.25" and are adjustable forward/backward. These were CN machined from 6061 aluminum and the pipe is also 6061-T6 aircraft tubing. They are clear anodized and have stainless fasteners. I made a few of these some years back and this is the last pair I have around. $100 +shp.
Here are some good pic of them: http://picasaweb.google.com/1baddoggie/BarRisers

NOTE: they will fit any clip-on bars (7/8")

I am interested. Because they raise you up that much would I have to change the length of the brake lines, throttle and clutch cables?

Do you still have a set on your hawk? How did you like the change in ride position?

Yes you have to use a little longer lines. I think only the Heli bars will allow you to keep the stockers (I think they are +1"). I liked the lift, the stock bars are set up to be going track pace. You do have some adjustment fore and aft. I have a Laminar Lip on mine and the combo work well. For reference I am 6'2"

1bd,

Well I'm no 6'2" even in my wildest dreams, but my hands go numb even with a light touch on the bars when I ride longer than 30 min. So I know I need to raise them up a bit. I'll take these and give them a shot, at the very worst I'll have to re sell them if they don't work for me.

Email me direct at mcvicker.brian@gmail.com and we'll figure out payment etc.
Thanks again for the info.

Rsd.

Would you be willing to post the dimensions so I could try making a set?
