Looking for a set of front rotors for a 98.

 

Man I'd seriously consider buying new aftermarket ones, or at least used ones with VERY low kms, I've been burned buying used rotors recently and wouldn't recommend it. That said, if you could get a set cheap with under 5k on them you'd probably be alright. They're also interchangable with a few other bikes from memory, cbr900 and 600f4i i think. There's always something floating around on ebay, but just be sure to ask lots of questions. Good luck.

i have a set of EBC pro-lites with about a thousand miles on them. (and i broke them in how they are supposed to be broken in.) i ran ferodo organic pads while breaking them in. let me know if your interested...

Not the F4i, they're the same size but use a different bolt pattern.

Use ebc's online PDF guide to cross-reference: Find the VTR's ebc # and see what other bikes also have the same ebc #.

I have a left side rotor that I bought off of ebay I can sell you. Let me know if you need pics. It has 5k miles on it. I never installed it because I found out that both rotors were warped on mine. I ended up buying aftermarket.
