can you post a couple more close up pics of the left red fairing? I cannot really assess the condition with the pic that is there. It is certainly better than what I have got though! will likely take the stock windscreen if it is undamaged...cant tell

Left Red Fairing in good shape. Only a few spots where plastics have chipped.
All tabs are good will fit right up.
Inner plastics are there too.
The stock windscreen is just dirty and needs a good scrub there is no damage.

Shipping a Fairing is brutal.

They want $80 at UPS to the East coast.!!

Keep that in mind. I have them priced out low for a quick sale but the shipping is insane.

 

Shipping pretty much anything with UPS is brutal, I really don't know how they stay in business. If you get the size of the box JUST right (an inch more here or there and the price goes way up) you can still keep the shipping reasonable.

If anyone can mail directly with an answer I could use some help I'm a new rider and I bought my friends vtr 1000 and I went down a few weeks ago and I have all the parts on order just need fairings the ones I've been find that are affordable to me all vtr 996 on the side but are advertised as fairings for a 1000f but my friends are saying they won't fit so I'm confused as hell

 

The VTR Superhawk 996 is not the same as a 1000f

The 1000f is the big boy Hurricane bike. If I'm not mistaken it was made a couple years even beyond the F1 Hurricane which was the 600 or 598cc bike. They are not the same bike. See below links, they should help you understand the difference.

If you are trying to order fairings from China look for them listed under Firestorm they called it that everywhere else outside the US.

A Super Hawk 996 is a VTR1000F.

Look it up at Partzilla or any other Honda OEM parts vendor. Or call a dealer...
