Danmoto rearsets, CBR coils and other things
So I've changed some things around and would like to re-coup some funds. I'll have the following things for sale in the near future, so let me know if you're interested.
Danmoto rearsets (black): SOLD CBR1000 coils (from 2007 model): SOLD Stock front calipers w/ EBC pads: $40 shipped Stock rear rotor: SOLD Integrated LED board (just the board for anyone wanting to DIY something): $10 shipped Stock front master cylinder: $10 shipped Aftermarket mirrors (shorter and smaller): $10 shipped Universal handlebar risers (These would work really well on a naked bike): $20 shipped This is all I can think of off the top of my head, I'll update if anything else comes to mind. Thanks!! |
dib on the coils.
Alright, you're it when I get them ready to ship. I'll update with Paypal info.
I'd love to see some pictures of those mirrors you have
Sure, I'll get something up ASAP. They're not VTR specific, just universal. I'm pretty tall with superbike bars, so I wanted something wider than these.
I'll take the rear rotor! (If it's in useable shape)
I'll update the thread with pictures when I get a chance so you can see what shape it's in if you're interested.
Parts are coming available for shipment. Coils are ready jscobey, PM was sent.
Still have the rear sets?
Aw crapsnacks I just bought a rear rotor.

Are the front calipers gold? Danmoto rearsets (black): $140 shipped CBR1000 coils (from 2007 model): $40 shipped Stock front calipers w/ EBC pads: $60 shipped Stock rear rotor: $10 shipped Integrated LED board (just the board for anyone wanting to DIY something): $20 shipped Stock front master cylinder: $20 shipped Aftermarket mirrors (shorter and smaller): $20 shipped Universal handlebar risers (These would work really well on a naked bike): $30 shipped This is all I can think of off the top of my head, I'll update if anything else comes to mind. Thanks!! |
Front calipers are stock dark grey.
I still haven't heard anything back from jscobey about the coils, so i think his dibs have expired. anyone else interested? I still need to get shots of the danmotos up for another member. Also, the rear rotor is above minimum thickness, so it's still usable. |

Coils and rear rotor are sold, thanks Doug!! Here's a pic of the condition of the rearset. For some reason, the other side's pic did not save.

Any pics of the risers installed? Do they make the MC hit inside the fairing (is that why the suggestion for a naked installation?)?
I could be interested in these, but also to see how you made your superbike bar conversion. Thanks! |
Put me next in line for the rearsets please.

No pics of the risers installed. MC was relocated using a lady bird bracket to clear from hitting. I ended up getting a LSL conversion kit as it included everything I wanted (risers, bars and stainless lines). Let me get a picture of the risers themselves.

Pictures or the mirrors?
Oh right! Let me get those posted up tonight for you guys, sorry about the delays, been REALLY busy

Price drop. I'm getting married and need some extra cash now, so buy my stuff!!
Have any problems with the Dan Moto rearsets?
No issues at all. I had to grind down some of the back of the adjustment plates to fully clear the swingarm and I put some JB weld between the mount and adjustment plate on the brake side to keep it from moving but this is a common issue with the danmotos.
They fit up just fine and offered great adjustability, I just went a different route. |
Any pics of the ground down pieces?
i can go snap some here shortly.
