Excellent deal. Just about everything you need there.
There may be some rework needed on the forks of course. Make sure they are not bent. The guy who worked on my forks was picky about how straight the forks were when I brought mine in.
Oh, and not sure if those "clipons" are high enough to clear the lower parts of the fairing .
