1998 Honda VTR1000F Superhawk. $4000.00 15,000+ miles. Relatively new michelin pilot power tires. Professionally painted the same red as ducati’s ama racebikes. The wing is painted, not a sticker. Rearseat cowl. Factory pro jet kit and ignition advancer. K&N air filter. Jardine high mount exhaust. Exhaust cans have aluminum sleeve to make a straight through pipe. Headers have been wrapped in fiberglass. Gilles rear sets with standard or reverse shifting. Rear cbr600 6-spoke wheel with new bearings. Sharkskinz lower cowling. Rimstriping. Smoked zero gravity windscreen. Frame, rear subframe, gas cap and exhaust cans painted flat black. Custom rear fender eliminator kit. Rear sprocket. Flush-mounted turn signals front and rear. Red anodized bar ends w/carbon inserts. Bike is a blast to ride. Lower has been scraped from too much leaning during the last deals gap trip. Clear Title in hand. i have pics but they are too big. post your email and i'll send them to you. Located in Birmingham, Alabama.

Thanks for the Pix
Baaaad Assss! Carlos! Great shots and great looking bike. You say the pipes were wrapped in fiberglass. How does this work? Really like the color scheme on the bike.

i have had so many calls about the bike but i'm shocked at how few know what a v-twin is. all they want to know is, "is it a 1000." i try very hard to explain that it is a v-twin and the power is comparable to the older 600s but they just repeat, "but its a 1000 isn't it." i've even had them ask, "is it fast on the interstate" and "how fast will it go." i then ask what type of bikes their friends ride and almost always its either a busa or a gsxr1000. just plain morons.

They are probably the inner city crowd, really. Just tell them it is the same thing as a CBR1000 and it would look badass with chrome rims and a 4 foot swingarm. They will probably show up and not even notice that it isn't an inline 4. you will sell it on the first day!
