1998 Superhawk for sale

I'm toying with selling my red 98 Superhawk. $4000. Baby's coming and the next few months will be tough. Plus it'll give me an opportunity to buy a new bike in the fall.

High mount Jardine's. ZG Double Bubble. SS front brake lines. New tires, chain, sprockets. Cam chain tensioner replaced last fall. Runs good, never down.

Located in Minnesota. Email me at redsuperhawk@yahoo.com if interested. If you're a scammer, then don't bother because I won't fall for it. Email for pics.

Thanks for looking.

There are more SHawks for sale now then when Honda was selling them!

These things migrate more than geese.

Unfortunately it's true. It's been a great bike. I've had it since it was new, but I've been working out the budget for the next few months and it's not looking good. I'm not going to really push selling it, because I want to keep riding, but if the right offer comes along I'll take a few months off, take care of the new baby, and go new bike shopping in the fall.

If your going to get another bike in the fall...just prep the SHawk for storage, put it in the corner of the garage, cover it up, and put boxes in front of it. Out of sight out of mind. Next year you can "rediscover" it.

"Hey honey look what I found sitting in the corner of the garage" :-)

If it would somehow turn into a Triumph Speed Triple over in the corner of the garage, I would do that!

I'm not going to try really hard to sell her. I really do like the bike, and I've had her for so long it'd be weird seeing her go. But if selling helps us out at the beginning of parenthood, then that's what I'll try.

Understandable, diapers and everything else really add up fast.

Congrats in advance on the new addition to your family.

I hope you are both getting a lot of rest now...sleep depravation and am feedings are all part of the "fun".

I can't believe it.... my Superhawk has been sold.

The guy who bought it is named Eric. He seemed like a very nice guy, so be nice to him if he joins the board. He already knew of the Superhawk Forum, so I wouldn't be surprised if he shows up.
