04 rc51

I have a 2004 RC51 I might be selling depending on if theirs any intrest

The good:
Flapper done
Pair
PCIII usb
m4 carbon hi-mounts
carbon fender
carbon clutch cover
sliders
levers
dual fan one push one pull, with switch
dunlop q2's
stomp grip
HID lights
eyebrow lights/blinkers
flush mounts
undertail
hayden mod
15/42 520 supersprox rear sprocket

Bad
18,xxx
right fairing has scrape from curb right near bottom
due to a lowside and scratched left fairing and tank it was deemed totaled even though the front fairing and tail are original and the pipes are the ones on when it went down. Both left fairing and tank where replaced

im asking 5000 or trade for a KTM dual sport

Dont really want to sell but I think its time to hang it up for sportbikes for the time being and I know if I try and get a dual sport ontop of the other bikes..... ill be single real soon

Nice moto ****. Is that an actual "Hayden" edition and does that add anything to the value of the bike? I'm asking because a smartass friend of mine had a "Hayden" edition bike and talked like it was sent from god..

lol yes its the Hayden all 2004 where the Hayden edition. really adds nothing performance wise unless you add up the Hayden signature and factor in whatever polished frame and swingarm add... oh and the white on silver.

lol other than that 2002-2006 are the same.

To us that collect, the RC-51s, you have a collectors bike. YET the Stickers, that aren't factory-that you decided to add- there went any above value than the regular 2002-2006. Way to go..

Lets be real! The Mods I've done to my SH won't really add value (rear shock, front end conversion), except maybe to those who know and understand why I did them. Otherwise, they are mods, that someone else might have to fix.

To me, it's like my dad told me about baseball cards many moons ago. They are only worth what someone is willing to pay for them. If all 2004 RVT1000s were "Hayden" versions, then there is nothing collectible about them. IF only 100 were "Hayden"s then they might be worth something.

I wish that I had to the money to offer you for the bike. I think it looks good, even with the non-factory stickers.

Now, IMHO, that one might be more collectible.
