Ok I'll take the risers, I'll wait and see if the sliders are sold or not, if they end up being available I'll take both.

I got sliders and chain guard from Shawn. Both items came in as described and in a timely manner. A+ seller and I would buy from him again. Thanks for the parts.

I bought this on here as a spare since the stay usually breaks in a crash, but fortunately I never dropped it again lol. It looks like you may have to fab a bracket to mount the stock gauges, but it may line up with zip ties. It is mega lite compared to stock

Saige's PM was first on this so you're up. It's got two small cracks that are zip tied, couple scrapes just through the paint but this thing is tough fiberglass. It's dirty but overall is pretty nice

Here's some of the stay scumbag, let me know if you want different angles. It's marked VTR 1000 and looks like a great fit for the fairing to the frame, just might need some creativity for the gauges. I was just looking for a spare when I bought it in case I bent another one at the track and this popped up for sale and I was happy with it

Honestly I've been so busy with this move and other projects I'm not sure when I'll get a chance. It might be a little while and I hate to keep you waiting, but I'll keep you posted on when I get a chance. If the bike sells before I get a chance to pull them I will let you know

That's understandable, no biggie if it doesn't work out. Definitely don't want you to go through the hassle if you don't have the replacements.

Just as a note.. I bought this same fairing some years back in MUCH worse condition than this one.. some very simple fiberglass repair, lots of sanding and some simple paint.. and I had a nice lower fairing.

Hey Shawn... I haven't been on the forum much but I do enjoy what I am seeing. I was curious if you have decided to part the bike out yet or not... or more to the point I was interested in the A.P.E. manual CCT's and was curious what you want for them... My stock hydraulic ones just failed and sucked an intake valve into the front cylinder. Let me know if you are willing to part with them and if so how much... Ill cover the shipping with my personal Fed Ex account you would just have to box them up and give me a pick up location. Please let me know.. shoot me a PM or hit up my email MUZZYRAP@YAHOO.COM. Thanks... Keith

I don't have the stock ones and I kind of need them to keep the motor running even if I was to sell the motor separate form the bike and that is my last resort anyway. I hope to sell the rest of the bike in one piece. If some day they end up on my work bench I will let you know, but you'll probably have a set by then

Sorry to see you leave the VTR world Shawn, I had a good time chasing you around NJ on my FZR.

that's a good deal on a well sorted and proven track bike.

OK looks like all I have left is one set of handlebars, one pair of PAZZO levers, one new set of 520 pitch sprockets and the Penske shock, but chrisgreer23 is making payments on the shock so unless that falls through, it's gone.

that's a good deal on a well sorted and proven track bike. Here's a demonstration video I shot a few years back at Thunderbolt. http://youtu.be/4kkGVrToXIw
I miss this bike already, wish I had more room for storage, but one had to go. That video almost made me cry, lol, I didn't get to the track much this year. Even tho my CBR is a great track bike, it hasn't yet produced that same sinister grin I would get under my helmet blasting out of corners on my Hawk. She will be missed... until I get the room to buy another one
