Great to deal with. We had an issue with fed x tearing up the pack and damaging shipment. Jeff refunded a part of the selling price out of pocket. Also the shipment cost more then expected which he absorbed as well. He also kicked $15 back my way because of the damage. He made nothing. And I'm sure it was a hassle for us both. Cool guy and we have to drop this in the crapsnacks file
