Valve Lash Question
 

Preparing to do a valve lash adjustment on my 2002 VTR. What is the Honda spec (mm) for the lash on the intake and exhaust valves?

Oh and I need a website to pick up a new APE CCT. How much am I looking to spend, and how hard are they to install? I'm pretty sure mine are starting to go since I hear the cam chains rattling under load but not at idle.

Go on ebay for the APE ccts. They have them for 38$ a piece compared to like 45-49$ from APE direct.
